Comfortable and Flexible Sleeping Arrangements. Our home features three well-appointed bedrooms to accommodate your whole family:
Bedroom 1: A large king bed. 
Bedroom 2: A king single bed, with a trundler bed available upon request. Please let us know if you like the trundler set up before your arrival.
Bedroom 3: Another spacious king bed. 

Prime Location Just a 3-minute walk from the stunning East End Beach, Fitzroy Beach, and the renowned New Plymouth Coastal Walkway, our home is the perfect retreat for beach lovers and outdoor adventurers. Take a leisurely stroll to vibrant cafes, the charming Down-to-Earth organic grocer, or hop in the car for a quick 3-minute drive to Central New Plymouth, where you’ll find everything the area has to offer.

Our expansive, fully fenced backyard is a safe haven for both little ones and furry friends. Kids can run, jump, and explore to their heart’s content, while you unwind knowing they’re safe. Designed with young families in mind, we’ve thought of everything to make your stay as stress-free as possible. We offer a high chair, porta cot, and even a basic pram—all at no extra cost—so you can travel light.

Modern Comforts & Convenience
Step inside to a kitchen that’s fully equipped with all the essentials—oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee maker with complimentary pods to start your day off right. Stay connected with unlimited WiFi and unwind with Netflix for cozy nights in. We’ve got you covered with filtered drinking water and air conditioning in the living area to keep things cool and comfortable. For your convenience, there’s also a washing machine and hanger. And with blockout curtains and plush, comfy beds, you’re guaranteed a restful night’s sleep.

Outdoor Fun & Entertainment
Fire up the BBQ for a relaxed alfresco meal, or rinse off the sand and salt from your beach adventures under the handy outdoor shower—perfect for kids who love to get messy. Little ones will have endless fun with the trampoline, boogie boards, and beach cart for easy trips to the shore. Off-street parking is available in our garage, perfect for smaller vehicles.

Guests will have access to the whole property except areas used for storing supplies

We have property rules in place to ensure everyone has a great stay. Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund.
Rules:
- No parties/ gatherings/ events
- No smoking indoors
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM
- Ensure the number of guests matches the booking
- No pets that bark excessively: We love pets, but they must be well-behaved, and all waste must be cleaned up.
- No guests working with oil, diesel, or other messy substances during their stay: Unfortunately, our home isn’t suited for mechanics or tradies working in heavily soiled environments.
